Video Craft

Video Craft examines the surprising intersections between video art and traditional craft practices, challenging the long-standing separation between these fields. The exhibition features nearly 20 artists—from pioneering videographers to contemporary digital creators—who use light, motion, and screen-based technologies to explore materiality and form in ways that echo ceramics, textiles, and glasswork. By exploring concepts like encoding, looping, and sampling across both media and craft traditions, this show reveals how embodied handmade practices and ephemeral digital experiences can converge to create work with tangible, textural presence.
